Elected to the 2009–2010 Tyrone Rotary Board of Directors are (from left) Immediate Past President Terri Swann, Director Bud Boom (three years), Treasurer Monika Kost, President Gunter Volders, Vice-President (president-elect) Michelle Baughman, Secretary Charlie Hoyer, and Director Mark Zabitz (one year). Not present for the photo is Director Randy Miles (two years). A rare situation occurs in the election; that is, Volders, who had been a Tyrone Rotary exchange student from his native Belgium, relocated here in Tyrone and now finds himself elected a Rotary club president.
